To make a booking on-line, read on…
The Village Hall may be booked for whatever intervals in a day from 9:00am start time and /or to the 10:30 pm finish time.Please don’t attempt bookings outside these limits, they will be overwritten to 09:00 start, and / or 22:30 end times!
First, hover the mouse over the date you want, the selected day-box will turn white. If you click on a date, it will turn gray. If there are existing bookings on a particular day, you will see a little ‘clock’ symbol in the box; the date will be in orange if bookings are pending authorisation, and blue if already confirmed. Hover the mouse over the little clock, and unavailable times will appear. (You may proceed to book other time periods on that day that are still available).
In the form below, please enter the desired Start and End Times of the booking you want to make, and other details as indicated, and click the SEND button.
You will shortly recieve a confirmation of booking. (If for some reason a booking is not possible, you will be informed why)
Click on the Date you want BEFORE you fill in the form!
Before attempting any further reservation, press the F5 key, or click Refresh on your browser
