The Parish Council meets on the second Wednesday of odd-numbered months, and additionally if necessary.
Meetings are held in the Village Hall, and normally start at 7.30 pm

The Annual Parish Open Meeting
This is a Meeting of and for Parishioners – it is not a Parish Council Meeting, although the Parish Council has the statutory duty of setting it up, and chairing and minuting it.
Any Parishioner whose name appears on the Register of Electors may address the Meeting, and vote on any motions.
In Elkstone, the Annual Parish Open Meeting is normally held during April, in the Village Hall.
