The Annual General Meeting will start at 8pm on Thursday 25th November.
Please note that attendance and voting is restricted to residents of Elkstone, as the Hall’s primary purpose is to be an amenity for their use. This is your opportunity to express your views about the use and running of the Hall, and of course to elect officers for the year to come.
After the meeting there will be the usual “Punch and Munch” social gathering.
